The Heart of Who I Am
I’m Jasmine, mother, storyteller, creator, and the soul behind Heels & Hoops.
For years, I carried my experiences in silence. I pushed through pain, poured into everyone else, and ignored the parts of me that needed the most love.
When everything became too heavy to hold, I started writing, not for the world, but for myself.
Writing became the place where I released, reflected, and rebuilt.
& that’s where Heels & Hoops was born.
How Heels & Hoops Started
My healing journey started long before the brand existed.
Back then, I used to vent online, especially during the hardest moments of my relationship.
Everything was public. Everyone had an opinion.
I didn’t just feel exposed… I felt lost.
I needed a place to process honestly, without judgment.
So I started writing, pulling wisdom from every challenge, lesson, and revelation.
One day, my niece — she was only sixteen — read one of my journal entries and said,
“This is really good… women need this.”
That was the moment it clicked.
My healing wasn’t just for me.
It was meant to help someone else.
Why Heels & Hoops
The name came from a simple moment at work.
I’ve always believed in dressing for the life I want, not the one I’m settling for.
So yes, I showed up in heels.
And yes, my big hoop earrings were a New York trademark.
One day, an older man looked at me and said,
“Heels & Hoops.”
It felt like me.
My confidence. My femininity. My identity.
And it became the name of the movement God was building through me.
My Misson
My mission is to use my healing, my voice, and my story to help women rise.
I guide women back to themselves through truth, emotional awareness, feminine identity, and God-centered wisdom.
I don’t teach from perfection, I share from experience, so women can see what’s possible when they stop hiding and start becoming.
